What file formats do the templates work in?
MS Office templates
The MS Word files work in all major versions of MS Word, including MS Word 97, 2003, 2007, Office 2010, Office 2016, Windows 7, XP, and Vista.
Apple iWork
The MS Office templates open in Word for Mac
The Apple iWork templates work in Pages and Numbers
How do I get my templates?
After you make the payment, you are sent an email with a Download link from where you can save the templates.
What is the refund policy?
We offer a 60 days refund policy.
I have not received my product. Who do I contact?
Please email ivan at klariti.com or ivanawalsh at gmail.com. Please include your order number.
What If I accidentally deleted my templates!
Just drop us a line with the order number. We’ll send it out.
Why does my file say it’s corrupt?
If you open a zip file during the download process, it may display an error message that the file is corrupt.
What this means is that not all of the file has downloaded and therefore the system thinks its contents are corrupt. Please try to download the file again or contact us for assistance. Email us the receipt number you received and we’ll send you another copy.
Are there any special downloads or plugins?
No. There is no special plugins or macros. Once you download the file, just open it, and get started.
Can I change the text and images?
Yes. You can change everything in the template. You can remove the images, change the formatting, add your own images, and anything else you’d like to do.
What can’t I do
The only thing you really can’t do is resell the templates as though there were yours.
Can I make copies of the templates and share them with others?
Yes. Actually, we recommend that you make a copy of the template you download and save it for future reference. For example, save it to Dropbox or your Google Drive.
